Article 1 — Purpose

These Terms govern sales concluded on cosymaison.fr between Kevin Elfassy SASU, SIRET 92181441400022, and any consumer ("the Customer").

Article 2 — Products

Essential product characteristics are presented on each product page. Photographs are non-contractual.

Article 3 — Prices

Prices are shown in euros incl. VAT, excluding shipping. The seller reserves the right to change prices at any time; products are invoiced at the rate in force at the time of the order.

Article 4 — Orders

Every order implies acceptance of these Terms. The order is confirmed by a recap email after payment.

Article 5 — Payment

Payment is made online via Shopify Payments / Stripe (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay). Payments are secured (SSL/TLS, 3D Secure).

Article 6 — Shipping

Free shipping on every order, no minimum. Tracked delivery 48-72h. A tracking number is emailed on dispatch. Average preparation: 24-48 business hours.

Article 7 — Right of withdrawal

The Customer has 14 days from receipt to return the product without stating any reason, per article L. 221-18 of the French Consumer Code. The product must be returned in original condition. Return costs are borne by the Customer, except for defective items.

Article 8 — Warranties

All products come with the legal warranty of conformity (art. L. 217-3 to L. 217-17 of the French Consumer Code) and the warranty against hidden defects (art. 1641 to 1649 of the Civil Code).
